Yes, all our snacks are gluten free.

Subscription

What is the subscription frequency?

You can choose subscriptions:

  • weekly (every 7 days);
  • biweekly (every 15 days);
  • monthly (every 30 days).

A subscrição mensal e a compra única têm o mesmo valor?

Na primeira compra o valor é sempre 40,90€. Se fizeres subscrição mensal, as compras seguintes terão o custo de 34,90€.

Se fizer uma compra única e depois quiser fazer uma subscrição pago outra vez o valor inicial?

Não. Caso já tenhas efetuado a compra única, receberás, junto com a tua box, um código para poderes usufruir do valor de subscrição mensal, logo a partir da segunda encomenda.

Quero passar da Mystery Box Bites para a Mystery Box Whoopsie. Como devo proceder?

Can I unsubscribe at any time?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.
There is no loyalty period.

Can I adjust delivery and payment dates?

Yes, you can adjust them in your customer area. Log in to your account, click on "My subscriptions" and then on "View details". From there, you can reschedule and update your payment method and change the number of snacks in your box. You have total control. See how to adjust delivery and payment dates.

What happens if my payment method fails?

If your payment method fails, we will notify you via email. You can update your payment information in your account to ensure your subscription continues without interruption.

Shipping and delivery

How long does it take for orders to be delivered?

You can expect your Whoopsie Bites box to arrive within 2-3 business days of placing your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated to receive the delivery?

If you are not at the address when the delivery is made, the courier will usually call you, so it is important to have your current mobile number. If they are unable to contact you, they will leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or where to collect your box. The box will usually be sent to the nearest pick-up point to the address provided.
